CEFC 2024-2025 Season

Clover Elite F.C. programs are for youth players looking to achieve the best in their game.  Our priority focus is on player development.  At Clover Elite F.C., we work on technical, tactical, physical, and mental development. 

Our programs are divided into 3 phases:

Jr. Academy Program: Birth Years 2016-2015

The Jr. Academy Programs are for U9-U10 players and is designed as a transition from recreational play.  It is the first step for a young player who is ready for a higher level of training and increased expectations.  These programs are focused purely on individual player development instead of overall team results.  Jr. Academy players play in a 7v7 format.  All Jr. Academy teams will play in Carolina Champions League sanctioned through US Club Soccer.  Jr. Academy players will play at least 2 tournaments per season as designated by the team’s coach.  Clover Elite F.C.’s staff reserves the right to move players up and down depending on what they feel is best for the individual player’s development or need of another team. 

Academy Program: Birth Years 2014-2013

The Academy Programs are for U11-U12 players and is designed as a continuation of their transition from recreational play.  It is a step-up for a young player who is ready for a higher level of training and increased expectations.  These programs are focused on individual player development and working together as a team. All Jr. Academy teams will play in Carolina Champions League sanctioned through US Club Soccer. Academy players will play at least 2 tournaments per season as designated by the team’s coach.  Clover Elite F.C.’s staff reserves the right to move players up and down depending on what they feel is best for the individual player’s development or need of another team. 

Select Program: Birth Years 2012-2011

The Select Program for U13-U14 players is designed for competitive play with more team results while still focusing on player development.  Our Select Program continues to develop players through technical, tactical, physical and mental abilities. Select players play in an 11v11 format.  All U13-U14 Select teams will compete in Carolina Champions League sanctioned through US Club Soccer and will play league play year-round.  Clover Elite F.C.’s staff reserves the right to move players up and down depending on what they feel is best for the individual player’s development or need of another team. 

Select Program: Birth Years 2009-20010

The Select Program for U15-U16 players and is designed for highly competitive play and expectations. Our Select Program continues to develop players through technical, tactical, physical, and mental abilities. All Select teams will compete in leagues during the Fall season only due to high school commitments in the spring season. Select teams can elect as a team to participate in 2-3 local tournaments during the Spring season with minimum weekly practices depending on the team’s school commitments.  Clover Elite F.C.’s staff reserves the right to move players up and down depending on what they feel is best for the individual player’s development or need of another team.
